I am an intuitive healer with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, passionate about healing childhood trauma and doing inner child work.

I combine traditional psychotherapy skills with alternative methods of healing, such as movement, meditation, and visualization, to bring in a spiritual and holistic perspective to healing.

I love to incorporate tools such as astrology and tarot into our sessions to boost self-understanding, reflection, and connection to spirit.

Learn a little more about me and my work:

  • I graduated with High Distinction in May of 2025 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans.

    This is a 3-year program in which I completed 60 credits of counseling coursework as well as 740 hours of clinical experience. 280 of those hours were spent working directly with clients as their primary Mental Health Counselor. In that role, I worked with clients from 3-60 years of age struggling with relational issues, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance misuse issues.

  • Throughout graduate school and since graduation, I have completed many additional trainings in pursuit of better expanding my knowledge and better understanding specific counseling methods and topics. These additional trainings largely centered around play therapy, trauma informed work and interventions, and working as an affirming counselor for neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ individuals.
